Kid’s 1-mile Course
- Enjoy our scenic course taking runners through the beautiful tree-lined streets of Hinsdale, and don’t be afraid of our rolling hills. We’ll be there to cheer you up…and over!
- Celebration station for all finishers!
Aid Stations:
There will be at least one aid station on the 5K course as well as refreshments at the finish line.
Divisions:
5K: Women 12-14, 15-18 and 5 year age groups through 70+
Kid’s 1-mile: Boys and girls 6 and under, 7-9, 10-11
Parking:
There is plenty of free parking in downtown Hinsdale and along neighborhood side streets.
Post-Race Party:
Run Like A Mother hosts a fun post-race party for the whole family to experience! Extend the celebration beyond the finish line by enjoying food and refreshments, fun activities for kids and cool products and services from our sponsors.
Training Program:
Whether you want to get to the starting line ready to run your best race or you just like meeting and running with new friends, our coached 6-week group training program offers both! Sign up and receive:
– 5K training plan & accompanying strength training plan
– 4 levels of coaches for all experience levels
– Weekly group workouts and training workshops
– Motivation, support and a whole lot of fun!
