5K Course
Kid’s 1-mile Course
Aid Stations:
There will be at least one aid station on the 5K course as well as refreshments
at the finish line.
Divisions:
5K: Women 12-14, 15-18 and 5 year age groups through 70+
Kid’s 1-mile: Boys and girls 6 and under, 7-9, 10-11
Parking:
Free parking in city parking garage located behind city hall
Post-Race Party:
Run Like A Mother hosts a fun post-race party for the whole family to experience! Extend the celebration beyond the finish line by enjoying food and refreshments, fun activities for kids and cool products and services from our sponsors.
Run Like A Mother Training Program:
Whether you want to get to the starting line ready to run your best race or you just like meeting and running with new friends, our coached 6-week group training program does both! Sign up and receive:
– 5K training plan & accompanying strength training plan
– 4 levels of coaches for all experience levels
– Weekly group workouts and training workshops
– Motivation, support and a whole lot of fun!
Date: Training kick-off Sunday March 31st ; we’ll meet every Sunday leading up to the race
Time: 5:00 p.m.
Location: Warren Sports Complex 7599 West Eldorado Parkway, Frisco, TX 75033. East Entrance (Rodgers Road Entrance). We’ll be enjoying the trail surrounding Vial Lake.
