Course:
5K Course
Kid’s 1-mile Course
- Scenic course takes runners over and along Menomonee River
Aid Stations:
There will be at least one aid station on the 5K course as well as refreshments
at the finish line.
Divisions:
5K: Women 12-14, 15-18 and 5 year age groups through 70+
Kid’s 1-mile: Boys and girls 6 and under, 7-9, 10-11
Parking:
Parking will be available in the Hoyt Park lot near the intersection of Swan Blvd. and Menomonee River Parkway. Parking will also be available on Menomonee Parkway.
Post-Race Party:
Run Like A Mother hosts a fun post-race party for the whole family to experience! Extend the celebration beyond the finish line by enjoying food and refreshments, cool products and services from our sponsors and fun activities for kids including a huge play area at Start and Finish – perfect for families!
Training Program:
Whether you want to get to the starting line ready to run your best race or you just like meeting and running with new friends, our coached 6-week group training program does both! Sign up and receive:
– 5K training plan & accompanying strength training plan
– 4 levels of coaches for all experience levels
– Weekly group workouts and training workshops
– Motivation, support and a whole lot of fun!
Date: Training kick-off Saturday March 30th at 8:30 am; we’ll meet every Sunday after that at the time listed below, leading up to the race
